The neighborhood is peaceful and upscale, surrounded by residential buildings and other high-end hotels, so you get quiet, clean surroundings without feeling isolated. Every detail—from the comfy beds to the thoughtful amenities—made my stay incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers who value comfort, convenience, and quality.

However, the building faces a clock tower that chimes every 15 minutes, which can be a bit disruptive, especially at night. I noticed quite a few young people gathering nearby, drinking and socializing late into the evening, so it can get noisy. The exterior isn’t in great shape either—the lawn around the entrance has some litter, which doesn’t reflect well on the hotel’s image. That said, inside the rooms? Absolutely spotless. Everything felt fresh and clean, with a subtle pleasant scent throughout the apartment—likely from the laundry area. It gave the space a cozy, inviting feel. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and budget-friendly base in Munich, this place delivers on comfort and hygiene, despite a few minor drawbacks.

Our room was functional and kept in good condition—slightly dated but still comfortable and practical. The garden area is perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening—very peaceful and pleasant. Parking is plentiful, with both garage and on-street options nearby, which is a big plus if you're driving. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy to get into Munich. A local bar, two restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute stroll—great for convenience and atmosphere. We didn’t try the restaurants, but they were busy, which says something! Definitely consider visiting Motorworld—it’s a short trip from the hotel and absolutely worth it. Amazing collection of classic and exotic cars, perfect for photos and car lovers. Overall, if you’re okay with a 20-minute commute to central Munich, this hotel offers more value than you’d expect. Great choice for a relaxed, well-located stay.

What I love most is the small kitchenette; it’s great for preparing simple meals or snacks without having to go out every time. The underground parking is a huge plus, only 20€ per day—very reasonable for city-center access. Plus, there are several convenience stores nearby like Lidl, ED, DM, and Apotheke, so everything you need is just a short walk away. There’s also a small park right around the corner, ideal for a relaxing stroll in the afternoon. Overall, this place hits all the right notes: comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Munich.
