Just steps from the front door, there are two supermarkets and a self-service laundry, making daily errands super convenient. One note: while the platform mentioned breakfast for children under 11 is free, the hotel staff clarified it’s only for kids under 6. It’s worth double-checking upon arrival to avoid confusion. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommend for travelers visiting Berlin.

The location of Artim Hotel is excellent—just a short walk from the subway and bus station, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin. However, the front desk team handled the situation quickly and smoothly, reassigning me to a room at Quentin XL—just a short walk away but still a fantastic alternative. The space was spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a great upgrade in my book. I’ll definitely choose Quentin XL for my next stay. The description of the other property should be updated to reflect actual availability more accurately. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout—exactly the kind of service that turns a minor hiccup into a positive experience. Overall, this place deserves every bit of its 9.5 rating.
