Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg
Staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg was a fantastic experience overall. The room was beautifully clean and quiet—no noise from neighboring guests, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The U-Bahn station is literally right next door, making it super convenient to explore the city without needing a long commute. There are also a few parking spots available directly in front of the hotel, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. I booked my stay without breakfast, so I can't comment on that part, but everything else—from the welcoming staff to the comfortable furnishings—was excellent. This hotel offers great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Located just minutes from the airport, this hotel is a perfect choice for travelers needing convenience and a quiet stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff making us feel at home right away. Parking in the underground garage was hassle-free, and the elevator made it easy to reach our room on the upper floors. Upon entering, we noticed the room was quite warm—apparently the heating was turned up full blast, which isn’t very eco-friendly. We quickly turned it off and opened the windows for fresh air. Despite being near the airport, the room remained incredibly quiet—even with the windows open! After about half an hour, the front desk called to check if everything was alright, which showed genuine care and attention. The mattresses were a bit soft for our taste, but since it was just one night, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we chose Leonardo Hamburg Airport Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the convenience of leaving our car there during our trip. Highly recommend for short stays or layovers.

We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed—the actual unit looked nothing like the photos and descriptions shown for apartments A and B. To make matters worse, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. After raising a complaint, cleaning was done the next day, but no refund or discount was offered for the first night spent in an uncleaned room. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.

It was so quiet that I fell asleep instantly and slept through the night without any disturbances. The comfort level was excellent, and I truly felt refreshed in the morning.
