Stayed for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a family of three, we were given a triple room where our child had their own little bed—so much fun and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent every day: fresh fruit, local pastries, and a great variety to choose from. We booked through the platform, and the front desk confirmed that city tax was already included, so no extra charges at all—great value for money. The room was cleaned daily, the kettle was handy for tea or coffee, and towels were promptly replaced. What really stood out was our room’s amazing view—directly overlooking the Elbphilharmonie and the giant Ferris wheel. At night, the lights made it absolutely magical. Location-wise, it’s perfect: right on the S-line between my husband’s office and the city center, making commuting super easy. Right outside is a lovely park with excellent greenery and wildlife—perfect for morning walks. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Hamburg. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is literally steps away from the Barmbek S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, just a 300-meter walk. While it's not right next to the main train station, it’s only a 20-minute ride via public transit, which makes getting around Hamburg stress-free. Right outside the station, you’ll find DM, Rewe, and Aldi—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The Turkish kebab spot downstairs? Absolutely delicious and affordable. What really stands out is how close it is to the airport. If you're catching an early flight, staying here is incredibly convenient—taxis are reasonable due to the short distance. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of room to move around, and everything was spotlessly clean. Overall, excellent value, great location, and a comfortable stay.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing, definitely a standout feature. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.

The breakfast was outstanding—rich in variety and deliciously prepared. I even ordered a huge, mouthwatering Kaiserschmarrn at 9 PM and took it back to my room to enjoy in peace—what a treat! The kitchen team deserves special praise for their excellent service, both in the restaurant and beyond. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hamburg.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. I'm already planning my next trip here for November 2025—highly recommend!
Hotel Zum Zeppelin Hamburg
We've stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it just keeps getting better. The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the restaurant food is consistently excellent. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.
