The breakfast spread was outstanding—diverse, fresh, and high-quality, definitely matching the hotel’s premium standards. Everything about this stay felt seamless and luxurious. The Dolli at Acropolis, A Hotel to Live

Absolutely stunning from the moment we walked in! The Dolli at Acropolis is a true gem in Athens — the pink Christmas decor in the lobby looks like something out of a fairytale, and it’s perfect for photos. The breakfast was exceptional: fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, and wow — the dragon fruit was actually sweet! So many delicious options, and I couldn’t stop going back for seconds. The free desserts in the lobby were a delightful surprise — handmade, rich, and absolutely worth the extra trip. Staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Located just a short walk from the Acropolis, it’s super convenient for exploring the city. We’ve never stayed somewhere this beautiful with such a great balance of comfort, style, and value. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and ancient ruins—pure magic. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable for exploring Athens. Everything is within walking distance, and pairing your stay with a 24- or 48-hour hop-on hop-off pass means you won’t need any other transport. Plus, there’s a shopping mall right across the street—perfect for last-minute essentials or a casual stroll. This hotel delivers elegance, convenience, and unforgettable moments all in one.

We booked two rooms and were absolutely delighted with the entire experience. The beds were incredible—so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I kept wondering what brand they use for the mattress and bedding; the quality is just outstanding. As someone with allergies, I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness—every corner felt spotless. Prior to arrival, we asked about their hygiene standards, and they confirmed they follow strict protocols, which definitely shows in the result. Also, a nice touch: water was provided right next to the coffee machine at no extra cost. One thing worth noting is that the environmental fee is a bit higher than expected, but given how exceptional the overall stay was—comfort, service, and attention to detail—it’s totally worth it. I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens.

Divani Palace Acropolis

I stayed for seven nights and still couldn’t stop praising this hotel! Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Acropolis, making sightseeing so convenient. One of the coolest features is the ancient Athenian stones displayed in the basement area; it gives you a real sense of history the moment you step inside. The breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious local touches that made every morning special. The hotel recommends a nearby parking lot, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot on the surrounding streets, it’s completely free. That said, those spots are hard to come by, so I’d suggest booking the recommended parking in advance to avoid stress. Overall, the comfort, service, and location make this place an absolute gem. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Athens.
