One quirky detail: the bathroom faucet is extremely tall—despite being 5'6" (around 168 cm), I still had to stretch just to reach the clothesline! That’s some authentic Russian design for you. Inside, the heating system works so well that you forget it’s freezing outside—perfect for winter visits. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just steps from Metro Line 2, making trips to the Ice and Snow World only 3 stops away, while Central Street and Red Star Market are within walking distance. There’s no shortage of local eats nearby—great barbecue spots and traditional “pig slaughter” dishes for hungry travelers. Bonus: the key card can be duplicated, which is super convenient for late-night returns. Service is a bit routine—understandable given the high foot traffic in this commercial area—but could use a little more warmth and personal touch. Still, if you’re visiting Harbin for the first time, this hotel is a solid choice. With such a great location and cozy interior, improving service quality would truly match the premium pricing.

We stayed here for four nights, and every moment felt seamless and enjoyable. When they got tired, we were back in the room within minutes—no need to rush or deal with long commutes. Plus, it's incredibly close to Central Street; walking there takes less than five minutes, perfect for exploring local night markets and trying authentic Harbin snacks. There’s an amazing variety of dining options nearby, making mealtime stress-free even with little ones. The rooms are spacious and bright, giving kids plenty of room to run around safely. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay.
