There’s no shortage of local eats nearby—great barbecue spots and traditional “pig slaughter” dishes for hungry travelers. Bonus: the key card can be duplicated, which is super convenient for late-night returns. Service is a bit routine—understandable given the high foot traffic in this commercial area—but could use a little more warmth and personal touch. Still, if you’re visiting Harbin for the first time, this hotel is a solid choice. With such a great location and cozy interior, improving service quality would truly match the premium pricing.

After learning we’d braved the cold the day before, he personally handed us cozy hand warmers and heated insoles. We wore them that night and were amazed by how much warmer and more comfortable we felt. Breakfast was an absolute surprise—the dining supervisor, Auntie Huang, even brought a 3D-printed yogurt for our little one with a smile, saying, 'A great day starts with a delicious breakfast.' That moment stole our child’s heart: he refused to leave the hotel the next morning, even when the famous Hongzhuan Morning Market called his name. He kept asking, 'Can we go back to eat Auntie Huang’s special yogurt?' Such thoughtful touches make this stay unforgettable. Truly, the warmth here goes beyond just the heat—it's real human kindness.

One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay.
