The location is excellent—right next to a bustling shopping district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient without having to go far. Getting to District 1 is also very easy, whether by metro or car, which made our travel plans smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and comes with all the essentials you’d want for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to find such a great value in this area—highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The room was spotless and had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the meals were delicious—especially the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying. That said, I did experience a sudden fever during my visit. Unfortunately, there wasn’t an emergency first-aid kit available in the room, and nearby pharmacies were out of stock when I checked. I was a bit stressed until I found a local pharmacy just a five-minute walk away via Google Maps—luckily, they had cooling packs and basic medicine. Overall, the location is excellent: well-connected, easy to explore, and ideal as a base for sightseeing. With its charm, cleanliness, and great service, this place is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and authenticity.
