We requested a refund for the inconvenience, but that wasn’t possible. When we asked if there was any alternative available for the following week or if we could look elsewhere, we were told no further rooms were available, and switching locations would mean no refund either. As a gesture, they offered a bottle of wine, which we politely declined. Overall, this experience left us deeply disappointed. One visit is enough—we won’t be returning to Astra.
