It would be great if cleaning checks could be slightly more thorough, especially for items in direct contact with guests like pillowcases and sheets. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the nearby Walking Street—just steps away and super convenient. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped with a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, kitchenware, and even a vacuum cleaner! Both air conditioning and ceiling fans are available in the unit, making it comfortable year-round. One downside is that cleaning only happens after checkout (and before check-in), so no mid-stay housekeeping. Also, tiny ants occasionally appear near the bathroom door seal and around the stove area—while not a major issue for most, they did completely overrun some leftover doughnuts left on the stovetop, which was disappointing. Still, if you’re not bothered by small insects, this is a great value option. Overall, the convenience, comfort, and amenities make it a solid choice for travelers seeking a home-like stay in Pattaya.
