I stayed at View Talay Residence 6 in June and July, and I was really happy with the location. The beach is just a short walk down the road—perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, so grabbing snacks, drinks, or essentials is super convenient. The complex has a nice-sized pool that’s great for swimming, and there’s an on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner without needing to go far. Laundry service is available too—just ask reception, or head up the street to a local laundry shop. I was in Room 106 on the ground floor, which was spacious with a separate living area and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal if you want to cook your own meals. There are two shower stalls—one upstairs, one downstairs—but only one toilet, located downstairs. So if you need to get up at night, be mindful of the stairs. There’s also an outdoor garden area to relax in, though it’s not completely private since the neighboring room overlooks it. The street itself is lively with plenty of restaurants, bars, and massage places nearby—so dining out, drinking, or unwinding doesn’t require much travel. Overall, a comfortable, well-located stay with good value.

We paid for a superior apartment, but the reality was far from what we expected. The on-site manager, Franco, ignored our concerns completely. The TV didn’t work at all—when I asked him to help, he told me to contact the building’s technician. The technician arrived and explained that all the cables were visibly deteriorated and needed replacing. Franco promised to fix it that same afternoon, but never showed up, and nothing was resolved. The mattress felt like it belonged in a museum—it was ancient, filthy, and utterly uncomfortable. We found insects everywhere. To make matters worse, the view was practically nonexistent. After one night, we gave up and checked out to find a better place. This afternoon, I’m heading to the tourism police to report the basic violations of our rights—like having a clean bed with proper linens and a working TV. Stay away from this property—it’s not worth it.
