The room was spotless and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. While the gym is modest with limited free weights, it’s still functional for basic workouts. The rooftop pool, however, is definitely a highlight: clean, serene, and offering stunning views, especially during sunset. Best of all, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to a convenient self-service laundry and the lively Sophon Night Market, where you can feast on delicious local Thai street food. Everything is within easy reach, making it ideal for both leisure and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate charm, cleanliness, and a great central location.

Breakfast was an experience in itself: a great mix of Western options like pancakes and eggs, plus authentic Thai favorites such as congee with pork blood soup (gaoliao), savory rice rolls, and fresh pastries including crispy youtiao. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. I especially loved the warm, aromatic congee—it was comforting and delicious. They even offer made-to-order coffee, which was a nice touch for early risers. The fruit platter at the end refreshed the palate beautifully. Overall, the service, comfort, and value are outstanding. This place truly delivers on every level—definitely my top pick in Pattaya and one I’d happily return to.

I've stayed at Signature Pattaya a few times now, and the location is definitely one of its biggest strengths—super convenient for getting around town, just a 15-minute walk or short ride to the beach and main shopping areas. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference during check-in and any requests. I really appreciate the mini-fridge stocked with drinks—no need to go out for a cold one when you're in the room. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the room, like older fixtures and slightly outdated finishes. Prices have gone up noticeably compared to last year, so it's a bit more expensive now. Still, the overall experience remains solid, but if they don’t invest in updating the facilities soon, I might consider other options next time. For now, it's still a decent choice if you're looking for something reliable near the action.

The only downside is that all rooms are on the ground floor, which isn’t ideal for privacy or noise control. However, despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. It’s conveniently located near the beach and just a short ride from downtown Pattaya. With its excellent value and welcoming atmosphere, I’d definitely book here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never fails to impress. Everything about the experience is spot-on—from the central location, just a short walk from the heart of Pattaya, to the well-maintained rooms with daily housekeeping. Fresh linens and towels are changed every day, and beach towels are provided—no need to bring your own. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive; any request or question is handled promptly at the front desk. Check-in has always been smooth during our visits. The restaurant deserves special mention—breakfast is wonderfully varied, offering both international and local dishes, including pork, chicken, fish, and occasionally beef. There’s also a good selection of fresh fruits, desserts, and drinks like coffee, tea, juice, and milk. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and satisfaction. This place feels like home away from home. We absolutely love it here and will definitely return.

My stay at Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road was absolutely enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping team did an excellent job—rooms were spotless every day. Breakfast is pre-selected and delivered to your room in the morning, which was a nice touch. While the interior decor is a bit dated, everything you need is available in the room, including a microwave—perfect for heating up meals. Laundry facilities are convenient, with three machines on floors 1, 3, and 4, and each load costs just 40 THB. The garden and pool area are lovely and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Security is top-notch—you have to leave your ID at reception if you’re visiting, which gives peace of mind. The neighborhood is vibrant, with a 7-Eleven, massage shops, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Wi-Fi is only strong in public areas; it’s weak or non-existent in rooms, so plan accordingly. Despite that small drawback, the overall experience was fantastic. I’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to others looking for comfort and value in Pattaya.

One small note: on the second night, housekeeping changed the linens as expected, but I noticed a faint stain on the pillowcase. It would be great if cleaning checks could be slightly more thorough, especially for items in direct contact with guests like pillowcases and sheets. That said, every other aspect was flawless—amenities, dining options, and hospitality were all outstanding. This place truly delivers on comfort and quality, and I’d definitely return.
