As a family-friendly resort, it truly delivers with its fantastic pool area and dedicated kids’ playground that kept my children entertained for hours. That said, I’d love to see one small improvement: offering child-sized toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, and bath towels. Right now, everything is only available in adult sizes, which made it a bit inconvenient for younger guests. Still, this minor detail doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The overall atmosphere, service, and value make this a top choice for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway.

One small note: on the second night, housekeeping changed the linens as expected, but I noticed a faint stain on the pillowcase. It would be great if cleaning checks could be slightly more thorough, especially for items in direct contact with guests like pillowcases and sheets. That said, every other aspect was flawless—amenities, dining options, and hospitality were all outstanding. This place truly delivers on comfort and quality, and I’d definitely return.
