The marble bathroom had all the essentials, plus daily replenishment of free bottled water—such a thoughtful detail. The rooftop pool on floor 19 was a total surprise—swimming with city views was unforgettable, and the fitness center is fully equipped, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic—great mix of Western and Chinese options, including authentic dim sum and healthy whole grains that catered to all tastes. And kudos to Jayce at reception—he’s friendly, speaks clear Mandarin, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. Any request was handled promptly.
