My stay was absolutely wonderful overall! The hotel is perfectly located in downtown São Paulo—super convenient for getting around by metro, and everything I needed was just a short walk away. The room was spotless, and the cleanliness stood out right from arrival. What really made the experience special was Renato at the front desk—he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. He genuinely made us feel welcome. There were just two minor issues: the shower spray was a bit too wide, causing water to splash everywhere, and the air conditioning kept turning on and off intermittently, which wasn’t fully resolved despite staff efforts. But honestly, these were small hiccups in an otherwise outstanding stay. The comfort, service, and value for money were all top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Stayed at Hotel Normandie and was genuinely impressed. The double room offered plenty of space, with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom—perfect for relaxing. While the furnishings are a bit dated, everything works well and there’s no inconvenience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. For the price, it’s an outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The apartment is excellent overall—spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the sofa bed, which claims to accommodate two adults. In reality, it's extremely narrow and barely fits two children. It’s not practical for adults to sleep on, so the description feels misleading. That said, everything else was great—the location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and the amenities are solid. If you're traveling with kids or don’t mind a tight fit, it’s still a good option. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
