The location is absolutely perfect—just a 3-minute walk to República Metro station, with small grocery stores nearby and easy access to Avenida Paulista via Uber. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable home away from home. One minor issue I noticed: if you leave trash near the sink area, occasional cockroaches would appear, even though the overall space was kept very clean. I’m not sure where they’re coming from, but it’s definitely not due to the host—the cleanliness standards are high. Kitchen essentials are available, but having a pressure cooker would be a nice upgrade, especially for someone like me who just can’t live without a good pot of beans (I’m from Rio!). That said, it’s more of a personal preference. A quick note to fellow guests: please respect the space—wash dishes after use and avoid leaving burnt pots behind. The host’s service is outstanding—prompt responses at any time, always helpful and professional. Everything promised in the listing is delivered, including laundry services, which are reasonably priced and not excessive. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Kudos to the whole team—great experience!

Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, this is the ideal spot. I’d recommend it without hesitation—truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Brazil.

Absolutely loved my stay at this gem in Vila Madalena, São Paulo! The apartment was absolutely perfect—cozy, clean, and fresh-smelling from the moment I walked in. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep—definitely a 9.9 out of 10, just missing that one tiny detail to hit a perfect 10. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, everything was brand new, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark and quiet—perfect for sleeping in late or recovering from jet lag. The location is fantastic: peaceful yet well-connected, with great access to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. I didn’t hear any street noise at all, which is rare in city areas. Honestly, everything else was spot-on—super recommendable. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d bring friends along too. This place truly exceeded my expectations.

The apartment is excellent overall—spacious rooms and well-maintained bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the sofa bed, which claims to accommodate two adults. In reality, it's extremely narrow and barely fits two children. It’s not practical for adults to sleep on, so the description feels misleading. That said, everything else was great—the location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and the amenities are solid. If you're traveling with kids or don’t mind a tight fit, it’s still a good option. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
