The lobby is on the 28th floor, which gives you a great view and a sense of being on top of the city. Breakfast is solid—offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, far better than your average budget hotel breakfast. Coffee is strong and comes in both Americano and espresso varieties, though the milk could use some improvement. Service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-out was quick and seamless, no waiting at all. One minor downside: the elevators are quite busy since the lobby and restaurant are on the 28th floor, while guest rooms are lower down. That means you might need to ride up and then down again to get to your room or exit. Still, it’s a small trade-off. Bonus tip: there’s a nearby kiosk where you can process your Hong Kong visa via machine—super convenient if you’re heading to HK. And don’t miss Red Lian Village Steamed Rice Noodles across the street—they’re legendary and absolutely worth a visit. Overall, this place delivers great value, comfort, and location. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.
