That moment truly felt like being stranded with nowhere to go—definitely one of those 'can't believe this is happening' moments. Thankfully, the platform’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me calm throughout the wait—so reassuring that I actually fell asleep on the lobby sofa while waiting. This is a business-style serviced apartment, and overall, it’s impressive. Daily cleaning is done thoroughly, the room is spotless, the kitchen and fridge are fresh with no odd smells—really feels like home. Just a 400-meter walk away, there are two supermarkets (one big, one small), so cooking your own meals every day is super easy.
