My one-night stay at Manor Boutique Hotel in Sydney turned out to be a major disappointment. The room was freezing cold, and the heater simply didn’t work—despite reporting it immediately to reception. A staff member came by to check, but the issue wasn’t resolved. We were told to wait until the next day for assistance, which made no sense when we were already leaving the following morning. After checking out, we never received a single follow-up call or message from the hotel. Poor communication, weak management, and zero customer care. The entire experience fell far short of expectations. I won’t be returning, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to friends or family. Given how unsatisfactory the service was, I believe a refund is absolutely warranted—this stay wasn’t worth the price.

I booked the city view room because I love having a window, and while there is a compressor unit outside, it’s not loud enough to be bothersome. I actually enjoyed watching the street life from my window. Overall, this hotel offers great value and a comfortable stay—definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Sydney.
