We booked what we thought was a two-bedroom unit, but it’s actually just a mezzanine area upstairs separated by a door. The second room has no window, so it feels quite dark and closed-in—definitely not ideal if you prefer natural light or more privacy. Also, the bathroom is located downstairs near the living area, meaning you have to pass through the main space to access it, which affects the sense of privacy. While these factors made us feel a bit uncomfortable during our stay, we still appreciate how smooth everything was thanks to Vicki’s support. She made the experience much better despite the room layout.
