The rooms themselves are charming, spotless, and well-appointed—some even feature a sitting area with a couch, and every room includes a mini-fridge. My personal favorite is the Carriage House (Room #10)—it’s spacious, stylish, and feels like your own private retreat. Free street parking makes getting around a breeze, and you’re steps away from some of Denver’s coolest coffee shops, restaurants, and local art galleries. The property management team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I called the front desk to ask when coffee might be available, only to be met with an extremely rude staff member who refused to give any estimate and abruptly hung up. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that’s supposed to offer a convenient downtown experience. It’s frustrating to arrive early and not even get basic amenities on time, let alone respectful treatment. The lack of coordination and professionalism really undermined the entire stay. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
