I loved how easy it was to walk to key sights like Old Town Square, the Powder Tower, and Charles Bridge—all within a 10-minute stroll. Breakfast was a highlight: ample variety, fresh ingredients, and great quality across both Western and Asian options. Public transport access is excellent too. Overall, this is an ideal base for exploring Prague’s historic center. Highly recommended for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and a lively atmosphere.

The staff at Castle Residence Praha goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Mr. Konrad Link, the owner, is genuinely kind and incredibly attentive. When we couldn’t use the hotel restaurant one evening, he personally arranged a shuttle to take us into the city so we could enjoy dinner without any hassle. Even more impressive, when our son felt unwell, Mr. Link didn’t hesitate—he coordinated with the driver to pick up food for him right away. This level of care and thoughtfulness truly sets this place apart. The location is perfect—close to the castle yet quiet and peaceful. It’s clear that every detail is designed with guest comfort in mind. If you’re looking for a warm, personalized experience in Prague, this is the place to stay.

It truly felt like a home away from home, making it easy to settle in right away. Best of all, it’s just a 10-minute walk from major sights like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, so exploring the city on foot was effortless and enjoyable. Public transport is also nearby, adding to the convenience. With its prime location, excellent service, and top-notch amenities, this place offers amazing value. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Old Town Boutique Apartments was absolutely fantastic! Located right in the heart of Prague’s historic district, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. The apartments are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed—my room had a comfortable double bed, a cozy sofa, TV, private bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of, thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The only thing to note is that the apartment is on the third floor—there’s an elevator up to the second floor, but you’ll need to climb a modern, wide wooden spiral staircase for the final step. It’s manageable, but not ideal for those with mobility challenges. Also, since it’s smack in the middle of the Old Town, there can be some noise on Friday and Saturday evenings—so if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might come in handy. Overall, this place offers excellent value, great location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it for travelers who appreciate charm, convenience, and a true local vibe.

If I ever return to Prague, this will be my first choice again — highly recommended!

Wenceslas Square Lofts
Prague is absolutely magical, but our stay at this property was a major disappointment. The listing clearly stated the apartment was accessible by elevator, located on a single level, and suitable for wheelchair users—plus it promised three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a balcony, DVD player, and sound system. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator only went partway, requiring us to climb steep stairs. The unit actually had only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a makeshift sleeping area on an open mezzanine floor that anyone could see. There was no balcony, no DVD player, no sound system. When we asked about the situation, the host admitted the heating was broken and we’d need to be moved—but there was no prior notice or explanation about the stairs involved. As a group of friends, one of us has mobility issues, making movement extremely difficult. We were only offered partial refund after questioning them, which came too late—we couldn’t return to rest in the afternoon as planned. Worse still, they accused me of wanting a huge discount without understanding the circumstances, then blamed me for not mentioning accessibility needs. If the property was advertised as fully accessible and on one level, why would we feel the need to bring it up? I truly believe they would have just charged us more for a larger room and kept the difference. What really hurt was being blamed instead of being given basic courtesy or clear communication. The place itself was also poorly maintained—dirty, disorganized, and lacking care. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. A terrible experience overall.

Staying at Mama Shelter Prague was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—right next to the tram stop, and just a 15-minute ride into the city center with no transfers needed. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, especially the powerful hairdryer that dried my hair in record time. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Great vibe, excellent service, and unbeatable value. Definitely planning to come back.
