The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming attitude. And wow, the Nespresso capsule coffee machine was a game-changer for morning routines. It’s such a nice touch for travelers who love a good cup of coffee. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

The Bob W Mitte hotel is absolutely lovely—clean, well-maintained, and located in a great spot for exploring Berlin. The only downside I noticed was the phone-based door locking system, which felt a bit impractical. If your phone battery dies or the device malfunctions, you’re locked out—no way in. It’s also a hassle that you need to open a Wi-Fi link every time to lock the door. If the network drops or you’re without mobile data, you can’t secure the room either. Personally, I’d prefer if the same access code used at the bottom of the door worked from the top as well. That said, these are minor gripes. The hotel itself is excellent overall—great comfort, smart design, and fantastic value. Definitely worth staying at if you're visiting Berlin.

Getting around the city is effortless; you can hop on the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, or buses without leaving the building. Whether heading to the airport, central Berlin, or nearby attractions, it’s all within minutes. For a hotel in this category, the value is outstanding. I’d absolutely book here again on my next visit to Berlin.

What really stood out was the proximity to the FlixBus stop just steps away, which made intercity travel seamless. Overall, the service, location, and value are outstanding.
