We arrived early to drop off our things, and although the housekeeping staff were still cleaning, I was surprised to see two maids working together in the two-bedroom, one-living-room unit. Everything was immaculate—the bedding felt sun-dried and fluffy, and the balcony view? Simply stunning. It’s hard to believe such care goes into every detail. When we tried entering through the north gate, which requires access control, the host came down personally to meet us. That kind of thoughtfulness made all the difference. There's also an elderly man at the gate who kindly helped us scan in—plus, the north entrance is right next to the metro station, so getting in is actually quite convenient. As we walked in, I was still complaining about the previous host’s terrible behavior. The host guy gently reminded us: 'No need to turn off the AC when you leave—it’s too hot outside, and you’ll be glad to come back to cool air.' He even followed up with a message via WeChat later—clearly not just empty politeness. The east-facing balcony would make for a perfect sunrise viewing spot. The bathroom comes with plenty of fresh towels, toiletries, and high-quality bath products. The smart toilet works smoothly, and the kitchen is fully equipped—clean, powered, and ready to use. Both bedrooms have full rows of power outlets, perfect for travelers with multiple devices to charge. Even after check-out, the host carefully checked for any forgotten items and offered to mail them back. That level of care truly stands out. This review isn’t because I was asked—it’s genuine. I’ve been on the receiving end of hosts demanding good reviews or threatening to withhold deposits if I didn’t write one, and that kind of pressure leaves a bad taste. But here, the service and quality speak for themselves. When you experience something real and thoughtful, you want to share it. Our visit coincided with Chinese Valentine’s Day, and ending the trip with rose petals and fireworks from the four-sided stage was pure magic. In the evening, we headed to the Ferris wheel and were pleasantly surprised by how few people were in line—got tickets and boarded right away, enjoying stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant served amazing noodles with crisp vegetables, and the squirrel-shaped mandarin fish was freshly prepared—absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a diverse menu including sesame dumplings, Ao Zao noodles, egg rolls, Benedict eggs, sweet pea and pomelo cheese salad, and the yellow peach milk banana pancake—each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From comfort to convenience, every detail was spot-on. This place truly delivers on luxury and value. I’ll definitely be back.

Just a 3-minute walk to Suzhou Industrial Park Railway Station, making travel super convenient whether you're heading into the city or catching a train. There are also several nearby options like McDonald's, a noodle shop, and a cozy coffee place—great for quick meals or morning caffeine. Everything I needed was within easy reach. This place offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!
