The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet surroundings mean I always sleep well. The room itself was comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a variety of pillow options for different sleeping preferences. Cleanliness was also top-notch, which matters a lot to me—I felt confident about the hygiene standards throughout. The only minor downside was the screen mirroring function, which didn’t work smoothly—something the hotel might want to look into improving. But overall, everything else was spot-on. I stayed at Echarm Hotel (Guangzhou Sanyuanli Traditional Chinese Medicine University) and had an excellent experience overall. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-organized—immediately gave a sense of comfort and freshness. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing made it peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost—a nice surprise! Housekeeping staff were also very attentive and welcoming during daily cleaning visits. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of local options, and the quality was solid. Location is convenient—just a short walk from the metro station and close to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. There are plenty of nearby dining choices too. Great value for money and definitely a place I’d recommend and stay at again.

Everything you need—restaurants, shopping, convenience stores—is literally around the corner. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient; even though we arrived early, they went the extra mile to secure us a room promptly. The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also made use of the rooftop pool and fitness center, which offer stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers outstanding value and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Guangzhou.
