The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
This was my second stay at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and I chose it again without hesitation. Housed in a beautifully restored historic post office building, the hotel exudes charm and character from the moment you step inside. It’s perfectly located—just a 6-minute walk from QVB and right on Martin Place, the heart of Sydney. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, slippers, and a hairdryer. There were two USB charging ports by the bed, plus complimentary bottled water each day. The Nespresso machine and Bluetooth speaker made mornings extra enjoyable. Best of all? The view directly faces the clock tower, which chimes every 15 minutes—a delightful daily ritual. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to the three entrances in the grand lobby. Overall, the atmosphere is quiet, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. If you're visiting Sydney, this is a top-tier choice for both convenience and character.

Location-wise, it's unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, the Opera House, and Harbour Bridge. It truly lives up to the dream of what Sydney should be. The only minor downside is the parking cost, which can be quite high if you're not careful—make sure you don't accidentally enter Wilson Parking, as rates there can add up quickly. Overall, the experience was excellent, and with such a prime location and great amenities, the value still shines through. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sydney.

Perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The room was incredibly well-equipped—washing machine and dryer combo, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen including oven, microwave, complete cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards), and even a dishwasher. They even stocked vitamin C supplements—such a thoughtful touch for families. The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.
