Avtorskij Hotel Parradosso

Staying at Avtorskiy Hotel Parradosso was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Boulevard Ring parks, and surrounded by theaters, restaurants, and shops. We booked a two-bedroom suite, and the modern, stylish interior exceeded our expectations. Everything you need is provided: a cozy tea corner, fluffy robes, slippers, and quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and varied. Free parking was a huge plus for us as we arrived by car. The entire experience felt luxurious yet welcoming. If you're visiting Moscow and want comfort, convenience, and charm in one place, this hotel is a top choice. Highly recommended!

Lesnaya by Safmar

Staying at Lesnaya by Safmar was a delightful surprise! The room was spacious and immaculately clean—around 25 square meters—with a well-designed bathroom that felt generous for the size. What stood out most was the quiet location; since it’s not on a main street, there was absolutely no noise from traffic or nightlife, making for a peaceful night’s sleep. The hotel has a security check at entry, which added a great sense of safety. It’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Belarus Station, with easy access to the airport express, metro, and bus lines. Across the street is a small bar market, but honestly, nothing stood out to me. However, nearby are two reliable chains: a popular Russian pancake spot and a well-known restaurant called Brothers, both clean, affordable, and consistently good. Breakfast was outstanding—the only one among our four hotels that offered freshly made pancakes on-site. There was a wide variety: hot dishes, porridge, fresh salads, fruits, drinks, pastries, bread, even stir-fried rice and noodles. Despite having a Chinese palate, we found plenty to enjoy. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

1 Art Hotel

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at 1 Art Hotel. The location is perfect—walking distance to major attractions and just a short metro ride from everything else in Moscow. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant, with plenty of local charm. Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, with a great variety to choose from. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every time, which I appreciated even though I keep things tidy myself. Every detail reflects care and attention to quality. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything felt seamless and luxurious. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Moscow, and I’ll be back without hesitation.

Persheron Hotel

Staying at Persheron Hotel was a delightful surprise—small but incredibly cozy and full of old European charm. The interior design really stands out with its vintage elegance, making the whole experience feel like stepping into a storybook. The shared kitchen and private bathroom are practical and clean, perfect for travelers who enjoy a bit of independence. Just a heads-up: Room 10 is quite narrow, so it might not be ideal if you're looking for extra space to sleep comfortably—consider another room type instead. The front desk staff speak basic English and are genuinely warm and helpful; they even offer free luggage storage, which is super convenient. Right outside the door, you’ll find a small supermarket and several local eateries—great for grabbing snacks or quick meals. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the metro, and there are also buses that go straight into the city center. Overall, this place offers excellent value, great location, and a personal touch that makes it stand out. Definitely worth a stay!

Nordic Rooms Mini-Hotel

I originally booked another hotel for my Moscow trip, but ended up checking into a 1960s-style hostel that was far from comfortable—after just a few days, I had to scramble to switch accommodations. Thankfully, I found Nordick Rooms Mini-Hotel, and it turned out to be an unexpected gem. The room came with a welcome kit including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a toothbrush—everything you’d need without having to pack extra. The interior design is clean and modern Nordic style, fresh and inviting, with only 12 rooms making it cozy and intimate. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the hotel sits near a local playground, giving it a warm, homey vibe. Public transport is excellent: just steps away from the M2 metro line, which goes straight to Red Square, and nearby access to Line 6 means getting around the city is super convenient. Plus, within a 1-kilometer radius, there’s a grocery store, a well-known café called The 6 Blk (with a bar and restaurant), and plenty of local eateries. Everything I needed—from snacks to dinner—was just a short walk away. With its thoughtful touches, great location, and peaceful setting, this place truly delivers value and comfort. A solid 5-star experience, highly recommended!

By Zont Hotel Group Sunflower Avenue Hotel Moscow

Staying at the Sunflower Avenue Hotel in Moscow was a fantastic experience. The hotel is compact but impeccably clean and well-maintained—every corner felt fresh and tidy. What really stood out was the breakfast spread: diverse, delicious, and full of options from continental to Japanese-inspired dishes. It made starting the day so enjoyable. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to metro stations, and the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping spots. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and comfort. I’d definitely choose them again on my next trip to Moscow.

Q-block Capsule Hotel

Staying at Q-block Capsule Hotel was a fantastic experience! The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with electronic locks on both the beds and lockers—great for security and peace of mind. While there’s no elevator and you’ll need to carry your luggage up four floors, the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with lifting bags. The walk to the nearest metro station is about 1.5 km, but it’s mostly along wide, well-lit streets with good sidewalks, making it safe even in the evening. There’s also a bus stop just around 500 meters away, offering convenient access to other parts of Moscow. Overall, this is a smart, budget-friendly choice with excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Moscow.

Winterfell Tsvetnoy Blvd

Staying at Winterfell Tsvetnoy Blvd was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just a short metro ride from the city center, and everything you need, from cafes to shops, is within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. What stood out most was how quiet the hotel was—guests were respectful and calm, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and efficient. This place truly offers excellent value for money. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Moscow—highly recommended!

Rasteniya I Nastroeniya Hotel

We arrived late at night after a short taxi ride, and despite the slightly tricky location—hidden a bit off the main street and requiring a short walk toward the center of the block—the staff were welcoming and efficient with check-in. The room was cozy, quiet, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. We booked a private bathroom option, and everything was spotless and recently renovated. While there’s no closet, that’s part of its charm—ideal for quick getaways. The entire space is made of wood, giving it a warm, inviting atmosphere. There’s no blackout curtain, but the lighting blends naturally with the rustic aesthetic. Downstairs, there’s a charming café serving excellent breakfasts: delicious pastries, a wide variety of teas, and especially rich, homemade porridge. It’s a small gem in Moscow’s neighborhood. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Minima Belorusskaya Hotel

I’ve stayed here twice already, and each visit gets better! The location is fantastic—just one metro stop from the city center, and it’s only a 9-minute walk to Belorusskaya Station. I love how close everything is: right next to the Depot food hall, with a nice little park nearby, and you can even walk to the Moscow Zoo. The room itself is clean and cozy, though the shower area is a bit small and there’s no shelf at all—definitely could use a little more storage space. Still, the convenience, comfort, and overall value make it worth it. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

Sultan-2

The location provided for this hotel was completely off—spending over an hour circling around the wrong spot due to unreliable GPS in Russia, which often drifts. I finally found the actual address only after calling a local resident for help. The real place is nearly a kilometer away from where it's listed on the platform, making it extremely difficult to locate. It's situated deep within a residential neighborhood, very quiet and far from any main attractions. The room itself is tiny, with a bed width of less than 80 cm—definitely not comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I had hoped being close to Belarus Station would make my next-day departure easier, but that wasn’t the case; it’s actually quite a distance away. There’s no front desk—just an apartment-style setup—so you’re entirely reliant on phone communication, which can be stressful if you don’t speak Russian. For first-time visitors to Moscow who don’t speak the language, I strongly advise avoiding this property. Arriving late at night? You’ll probably end up lost and frustrated. Overall, poor value, misleading location, and a frustrating experience.

Hotel Continental

I stayed at Hotel Continental when it first opened 15 years ago, and returning now, everything is still top-notch! The hairdryer in the room is absolutely amazing—lightweight yet incredibly powerful. I didn’t expect such strong airflow from something so compact. It made getting ready so much easier. The hotel maintains its charm and excellent service over the years, which is rare these days. Located just minutes from the city center via metro, it’s both convenient and well-priced. If I ever return to Moscow, this will be my go-to choice again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!
