Had an absolutely fantastic stay at ss Rotterdam by WestCord! The room was immaculately clean, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund as the deadline had passed, but I’d really appreciate receiving a discount voucher for a future stay—just a small token of goodwill would go a long way! That said, the hotel’s communication throughout the process was excellent. The staff were responsive, professional, and helpful, which made the whole experience much more positive despite the hiccup. I’m definitely considering returning, especially since the location is great—close to public transit and downtown Rotterdam. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city.
