We booked a room for three friends, expecting a reasonable space, but ended up deeply disappointed. The room was clearly designed for two beds, yet they squeezed in three — it was impossible to move around comfortably. We had to split our luggage: one bag on the balcony, another tucked behind the door. There was no room even for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Only three hangers were provided, making the room feel like a birdcage. As someone who travels frequently, I’ve never experienced such poor planning and lack of consideration. The staff showed no concern or apology — completely indifferent. This was not just uncomfortable; it felt disrespectful. I’d strongly advise against staying here. Poor value, terrible experience, and definitely not worth it.
