This was my first time staying at a hotel that ran out of towels—completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, making it hard to stay connected. To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite. Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.

There were also visible stains on the carpet, which made the overall experience less comfortable than anticipated. While the price point is reasonable, the current standard doesn’t match what guests should expect for a clean and well-maintained stay. I hope management takes feedback seriously and invests in better housekeeping practices and facility upkeep. With some improvements, this property could definitely offer a much better experience.

Overall, the hotel delivers great value for money and stands out for its hospitality and comfort. Definitely a top pick if you're visiting Riyadh.

Hadab Al Sahafa Hotel
Stayed in two different rooms—one on the 6th floor and another on the 7th—and had an overall fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—easy access to public transit and close to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight: varied, fresh, and well-prepared. The only minor downside was the fitness center, but since I’m already a member of another gym, it didn’t affect me at all. Everything else was spot-on—clean rooms, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return.
