The hotel feels extremely outdated with no room service at all. The room we were initially assigned was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible, unbearable odor—thankfully, we were able to get a different room just a few days before check-out, which was much more acceptable. The food was disappointing—bland in taste and served in plastic containers, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. Staff presence was almost nonexistent, and several guests reported finding bedbugs in their rooms. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made this stay far below expectations. Not recommended.

Staying here was mentally draining and left me feeling anxious throughout the night. From hygiene to customer service, everything fell short. This hotel fails on every level—location, cleanliness, communication, and professionalism. I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.
