In about 10 minutes, we reached Provenza, and there’s also a large supermarket close by where you can find everything you need, including local Colombian clothing brands. The staff went above and beyond to help us—when we didn’t have a metro card, they kindly lent us one for our entire stay. They even gave us detailed guidance on routes, schedules, and key spots to visit, all clearly displayed on an easy-to-read metro map on the wall. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a very comfortable stay. I’m genuinely thrilled with the experience and will definitely return here whenever I come back to Medellín. Even during the day, the ambient sound level is high enough to disrupt any attempt at a quiet afternoon nap. I’d recommend this place only if you’re a night owl or don’t mind constant background noise. The kitchen is well-equipped but lacks basic cleaning supplies—bring your own soap and wipes. Overall, it’s a solid option for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location over peace and quiet.
