This trip was truly elevated by our stay at The Artisan Istanbul MGallery – one of the highlights of our journey! Originally booked for two, we unexpectedly traveled as a family of three, so I reached out to the hotel ahead of time with concerns about space and arrangements. The team responded promptly, patiently addressed every question, and went above and beyond: they upgraded us to a larger room, added a rollaway bed at no extra cost, and included breakfast – an incredible value that made all the difference. We stayed in a spacious corner room with a king-sized bed and an extra cot, offering plenty of room for everyone, plus a huge, well-lit bathroom that felt both luxurious and cozy. What made it even more special? The room number matched my birthday – such a thoughtful touch that brought a big smile to my face! We ended up extending our stay by two additional nights because we simply didn’t want to leave. The on-site restaurant is nothing short of exceptional – perched right on the edge of the Bosphorus Strait, it delivers breathtaking views regardless of the weather. Even on cloudy or rainy days, the water and skyline were just outside our window. As a Michelin-starred dining destination, the ambiance is elegant, the service impeccable, and the food consistently outstanding – every meal felt like a memorable experience. Location-wise, while the hotel sits on a hillside, it’s incredibly accessible. A short walk brings you to Dolmabahçe Palace, and Kabatas tram stop (T1 line) is just steps away. It’s also close to Taksim Square, supermarkets, restaurants, and scenic viewpoints. Plus, the two friendly, gentle dogs guarding the entrance add a warm, welcoming charm. For families, this place is perfect – choose a corner suite for privacy, space, and those unbeatable views. Highly recommended!
