From the moment the disaster struck, the staff went above and beyond—offering free meals, arranging Tutu car transfers to nearby stores for essentials, and even helping guests get to the airport via military transport when needed. They kept us updated every step of the way, especially for those who had to drive out on their own. The level of care, communication, and support was truly outstanding. In a crisis like this, it’s not just about comfort—it’s about trust, and W3 Hotel delivered that in spades. I can’t recommend them enough. If I ever return to Hat Yai, this will be my first choice again.

A 200 THB deposit is required upon check-in, and guests are asked to remove shoes before entering the main entrance—this adds to the clean, respectful atmosphere.
