Staying at Monkham Village Hat Yai was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just what you'd want after a long day of exploring. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a small tub that works well for a quick soak. Both the air conditioning and water heater performed reliably throughout our stay. Basic amenities were all present and in good condition. Breakfast options were limited, which is fair given the price point. However, it's worth noting that pork ham was served at the buffet—so if you're avoiding pork, be mindful before heading there. The pool is open from morning until 11 PM, and there’s a bar right next to it, making it perfect for evening relaxation. A 1,000 THB deposit is required upon check-in, but free parking is available—a big plus for travelers driving their own cars. I also noticed the front desk sells bath salts (199 THB), which might be a nice little souvenir or treat. The location is convenient for getting around Hat Yai, and public transport access is easy. Overall, this place offers great value for money and would definitely be my go-to choice if I return to Hat Yai.

I booked it without knowing it was shut down, and when I arrived, I found out it was completely closed. It was a huge waste of time and caused a lot of frustration. I really hope the platform can update the availability information promptly to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue.
