Our trip to Hat Yai turned unexpectedly challenging when we were hit by once-in-a-century flooding. Thankfully, staying at W3 Hotel made all the difference. From the moment the disaster struck, the staff went above and beyond—offering free meals, arranging Tutu car transfers to nearby stores for essentials, and even helping guests get to the airport via military transport when needed. They kept us updated every step of the way, especially for those who had to drive out on their own. The level of care, communication, and support was truly outstanding. In a crisis like this, it’s not just about comfort—it’s about trust, and W3 Hotel delivered that in spades. I can’t recommend them enough. If I ever return to Hat Yai, this will be my first choice again.

One of my favorite spots was the quiet library lounge—cozy, peaceful, and perfect for reading or just relaxing. What stood out most was the international power outlets provided throughout the room—my Malaysian friends could plug in their chargers right away without needing adapters. Super convenient! The hotel is located just steps away from a 7-Eleven and close to the town center, making dining, shopping, and exploring super easy. Public transportation is also nearby, so getting around Songkhla is a breeze. For the price, this place offers incredible value and comfort. Definitely going to return!

The hotel has been closed for quite some time, yet it's still listed as available on the platform. I booked it without knowing it was shut down, and when I arrived, I found out it was completely closed. It was a huge waste of time and caused a lot of frustration. I really hope the platform can update the availability information promptly to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue.

I absolutely loved my stay at Thongmanee Hotel in Hat Yai! The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and having self-service laundry right next to the hotel was such a convenient touch. Getting a Grab from outside the property was super easy—no hassle at all. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing isn’t perfect, so some external noise does seep through, especially during quieter hours. That said, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. For the price and location, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a clean, friendly, and well-connected base in Hat Yai.
