The entire stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was absolutely perfect—10/10 in my book. While I did encounter a less-than-welcoming attitude from a morning shift staff member when I inquired about an unexpected parking charge on my card, the management stepped in promptly and offered to cover all charges—this turn-around really made up for the initial hiccup.
