Despite the small setbacks, the location, service, and general luxury make this a top choice for future stays.

If you’re planning loud parties or leaving a mess, this isn’t your spot. But if you appreciate elegance, cleanliness, and thoughtful hospitality, you’ll love it. James, Jim, and Jeri-Lou were exceptional—straightforward, helpful, and deeply committed to maintaining their property at the highest level. You can tell they care about the building and their guests. The space is massive, and the rooftop deck? Unbelievable. Wake up early around 4:45 or 5 AM, grab a coffee, step outside, and watch the sunrise over the city—there’s nothing like it anywhere else. Every detail is thoughtfully designed. Fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, smart tech, everything you could want. No missing essentials. Honestly, I already can’t wait to come back to Chicago just to stay here again.
