I absolutely recommend this hotel! Staying here made dining and getting around incredibly convenient. Right on the ground floor is a large shopping mall—eating and shopping are just steps away. The metro station is literally outside the hotel, offering direct access to the concert venue. Whether heading out or returning, you avoid traffic jams entirely by taking the train. It’s fast, reliable, and stress-free. The only downside? The air conditioning was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable temperature, which actually led to me catching a chill. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for such a great location, excellent service, and overall experience. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!

Also, the in-room water dispenser is basic and lacks a filtration system, so it’s unclear when or what kind of water was last refilled. For someone like me who’s particular about water quality, this could be a concern. That said, the overall experience was exceptional—the service, ambiance, and attention to detail are top-notch. This place truly lives up to its reputation, and I’d definitely return.

It’s a bit inconvenient that there isn’t a convenience store on-site, but Grab delivery made up for it—food and snacks arrived quickly and conveniently.
