The only minor drawback is the room soundproofing; we occasionally heard faint conversations from neighboring rooms late at night, likely from business calls. That said, bringing earplugs easily solves the issue. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and modern amenities make this hotel an excellent value. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

Back Bay is quiet and charming, with fantastic restaurants just steps away. Breakfast at Charlie’s was absolutely delicious—worth the trip alone! The city was full of chic holiday spirit during our visit, making it even more magical. Clarendon Square offered elegant comfort, a peaceful night's sleep, thoughtful treats, and Stephen’s attentive hospitality made all the difference. It truly felt like coming home. The room itself is spacious, clean, and stylish with a modern, minimalist design that feels both comfortable and inviting. The only minor downside is that the windows facing the street can get a bit noisy at night due to traffic, but it’s not enough to ruin the overall experience. For the price and location, this hotel offers exceptional value and a great base for any trip to Boston.

Staying at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Boston - Cambridge was a fantastic experience. Located right along the Charles River, our room had an amazing river view—waking up to the sunrise over the water was absolutely beautiful. There’s a convenient grocery store just across the bridge, perfect for picking up snacks or essentials without having to go far. The hotel offers free shuttle service to downtown Boston and Harvard University, with clear schedules posted at the front desk. On our second day, the shuttle to downtown was unexpectedly canceled, but the staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged a taxi for us at no extra cost. For our return trip, we simply called the front desk from our location, and they promptly sent a ride back to the hotel. While getting to Boston Airport required using Uber, the hotel’s central location makes it easy to access various transportation options. Overall, the service, convenience, and views make this a top choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Cambridge.

The location is unbeatable: the hotel is directly connected to two shopping malls, making it super easy to walk through to the subway station without going outside. There's also an airport shuttle stop right at the mall entrance, which made my trip to and from the airport seamless. Plus, there are popular local spots like Heytea and Cha Cha Perfect nearby—perfect for grabbing a drink or snack. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the overall experience was just fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for Thanksgiving was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown with direct access to three shopping malls, so we could stroll around comfortably without needing heavy coats. There are plenty of quick dining options nearby, and I especially loved the Italian grocery store—slightly pricey but worth every penny for the quality of food. Our upgraded high-floor room was beautifully renovated: a spacious king bed plus a sofa bed that easily converts into a queen-sized sleeping area, perfect for our family of four. Housekeeping was consistently attentive and proactive, and what really stood out was the daily complimentary water—two bottles every day, sometimes even more. That kind of thoughtful touch is rare in U.S. hotels. We’ll definitely be back next Thanksgiving!

The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the orientation wasn’t ideal—it wasn’t a view room, and the window overlooked a plain side wall. Also, there were no complimentary bottled waters in the room. I had to ask the front desk for one each day, and only one per day was provided. While it’s not a dealbreaker, having more accessible free drinks would have improved the stay. Otherwise, the hotel offers good value for the price and is a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable base in Boston.

Staying at Hyatt Regency Boston was an absolute delight—just a 5-minute walk from Chinatown and also only a 5-minute subway ride to Downtown Crossing, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I’ve traveled to the U.S. over a dozen times, and this was the first time I ever received slippers in a hotel room—I genuinely teared up 😭😭. The little touches like that really make a difference. The room isn’t huge, but there are plenty of outlets, so charging devices is never an issue. Even better: they have a microwave in the room! I had leftover food from a restaurant dinner, called the front desk to ask if they could help reheat it, and they actually brought the microwave right to my door—so thoughtful and efficient. One thing to note: the water in the mini-fridge comes with a $4 charge per bottle, which is a bit steep. Also, the soundproofing isn’t great—every flush and running tap from the neighboring room is clearly audible. Still, these are minor trade-offs for such a well-located, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. Would definitely book again.
