The only minor drawback was staying on the ground floor—there was a persistent low-frequency hum that confused me at first. I thought it might be loud music or bass from a passing car, but eventually realized it was the subway running directly beneath the building. It’s noticeable, especially at night, but not disruptive enough to ruin the stay. Overall, the location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable. A great choice if you’re looking for a no-frills yet reliable option in Hamburg.

Overall, the service, safety, and communication were severely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The value for money is terrible, and the entire stay left me feeling drained and betrayed.
