We stayed for two nights and found the city tax of 8 EUR to be a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience. The breakfast was surprisingly good—fresh, varied, and well-prepared with local favorites like fresh bread and homemade jam. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right along the Vltava River. Every morning, waking up to that view was pure joy—especially at sunrise when the river sparkled in the light. We booked through a platform, which offered a special discount for travelers with flights, making it even more affordable. Despite being centrally located, the area felt quiet and peaceful. It’s just a short walk or quick metro ride to major attractions, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. This stay exceeded our expectations—would absolutely recommend and consider returning.

Old Town Square Residence by Emblem

Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight—right in the heart of Prague’s Old Town Square, it couldn’t be more convenient. The moment you step out your door, you’re surrounded by iconic statues and the vibrant energy of the square. The unit itself is spacious and well-designed, with excellent air conditioning—a must during summer months. Privacy and security were top-notch too; access to the building requires going through a restaurant, which adds a nice layer of exclusivity. That said, one small downside: although we stayed in an Emblem-run residence, we weren’t able to use the fitness center or rooftop jacuzzi at the main hotel—felt a bit odd, but not something we could change. Pro tip: there’s no front desk here, so check-in happens at the main Emblem Hotel. Navigating Prague’s cobblestone streets with luggage can be tough, so plan ahead and head over early. Despite that minor hiccup, the location, comfort, and overall vibe make this a highly recommended stay. I’d definitely come back.
