Beach Time Villas Hotel
The location of Beach Time Villas Hotel was excellent—easy to access and close to everything we needed. However, the actual experience fell far short of expectations. The photos on the website were misleading; they mostly showcased deluxe villas, but the one we stayed in looked outdated and poorly maintained. It felt like it hadn’t been renovated in years. Despite multiple calls requesting cleaning and repairs, only one service visit occurred during our five-day stay. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. Furniture showed visible burn marks from cigarettes, and there were no proper cutlery—just two paper cups provided. The sink was clogged, and despite reporting it, it remained unfixed. We also received only one hanger per person, had to call again for more (and still only got three), and toilet paper was never replaced. Customer service was unresponsive and indifferent. Overall, the quality didn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or value.

The apartment we booked was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, ample tableware, smart storage cabinets, and a large bathroom—everything you’d want for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; they cleaned our room promptly whenever we asked, without being intrusive. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is great—close to public transit and downtown, making it easy to explore the city. One small suggestion: I’d love if the management could designate specific times for women-only pool access. I really wanted to swim but felt uncomfortable using the pool during mixed hours. That said, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jeddah!

While I did have a bit of trouble with the taxi driver finding the address, the location is actually very accessible once you know the exact landmarks—like near Al-Nezha Medical Clinic or close to the intersection of Hura Street and Sixty Street. A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

It's incredibly close to the exhibition center, making travel super convenient whether you're commuting by metro or heading out for business or sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value, great location, and reliable comfort—definitely my top choice in Jeddah.

The wall colors and overall decor reminded me of my childhood home back in my country—very comforting and unique. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.
