Once I arrived, I realized just how convenient it really is: you can walk straight from the mall into the subway station without stepping outside. It’s only about a kilometer to both the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, and strolling there after dinner was such a pleasant way to enjoy the city. Public transit might be an option, but honestly, walking feels faster and more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast spread was outstanding—by far the best I’ve had at any hotel so far, rivaling even some luxury properties. I’d been concerned about noise issues mentioned in other reviews, but during my stay, everything was quiet and peaceful. The combination of hardwood floors and carpeted bed area worked perfectly for me, especially as someone with allergies. The hotel itself is stunning, and the holiday decorations—especially during Christmas—were thoughtfully done. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! If anything, the only minor disappointment was the hairdryer—it’s an older model that’s loud, has weak airflow, and takes forever to dry hair. It doesn’t match the overall elegant vibe of the property. Definitely something worth upgrading for future guests.
