Staying at this hotel was a fantastic choice—its proximity to Shibuya Station made everything so convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities throughout. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and offered a great start to each day. What stood out most was how much roomier it felt compared to typical Japanese hotels, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Being just a short walk from Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Shibuya Stream, and all the main attractions made exploring Tokyo effortless. I truly enjoyed my two-night stay, and I can already tell I’ll be coming back here on my next trip to Tokyo.

JR-EAST HOTEL METS MEJIRO

Two graduate students on a break from studies spent ages researching online, carefully avoiding common pitfalls in reviews, and finally chose this hotel in Tokyo—so glad we did! The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything and even remembered our special requests—daily bottled water delivered each morning was a nice touch. The hotel sits right across from a bustling street with multiple 711s and Family Mart convenience stores. On the left side, there’s a cozy bakery and several coffee shops perfect for a morning pick-me-up. On the right, you’ll find a range of schools—from elementary to university level—plus a police station and fire department, giving the area a safe, quiet vibe. OMO3 Tokyo Akasaka by Hoshino Resorts

Staying at OMO3 Tokyo Akasaka by Hoshino Resorts was a delightful experience. The bathroom features a smart separation between wet and dry areas, and the entire room was spotlessly clean—something that really stands out in Tokyo’s compact hotel spaces. While it’s true that most Tokyo hotels are quite small, this one makes excellent use of its space with thoughtful design and functionality. The on-site dining options are fantastic—diverse, well-curated, and open late into the night, which is perfect for travelers with late schedules or those who love to explore after dark. That said, prices are on the higher side, and parking is extremely limited and hard to secure. Still, considering the prime location near Akasaka, easy access to Ginza and Roppongi via subway, and the overall high standard of service and comfort, it’s absolutely worth it. A great balance of convenience, quality, and urban charm.

Candeo Hotels Tokyo Roppongi

The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep! The large bathhouse was even bigger than expected—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast changed daily with fresh, diverse options that kept things exciting. We stayed at another hotel the first night before moving here, and honestly, I found Candeo Hotels Tokyo Roppongi far superior.
