While there's no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs—the effort is totally worth it when you can step out and be at the beach in under 100 steps. We were repeatedly disturbed every morning from 7 AM to 2 PM by noisy cleaning staff, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. The bathroom facilities are in poor condition—old fixtures, slow drainage, and a leaking faucet. While the price is affordable, the quality doesn’t justify it. After staying here, I regretted the choice and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely avoid if you're looking for a peaceful and clean stay.
