The property is literally steps away from Talamanca Beach (just 150–200 meters), making beach access effortless. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed: air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen, fridge, comfortable beds, and a cozy sofa bed. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Marcel, the host, was incredibly helpful, prompt, and genuinely kind—always available without being intrusive. We traveled as a family, and everyone felt at home. From location to comfort and hospitality, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient base on Ibiza.
