The hotel is perfectly situated—just a short walk from the central bus station, close to the city's castle, and very convenient for exploring the island. If you're planning a trip to Ibiza's famous Formentera, the ferry terminal is just around the corner—super easy to reach on foot. While the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, there are plenty of great dining options nearby within walking distance. One small downside: only one day included complimentary bottled water, so we’d have appreciated it being available throughout our stay. Still, this minor issue didn’t take away from the excellent value and comfort. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and unbeatable access to everything makes this a top pick for anyone visiting Ibiza.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the port area, steps away from charming boutiques, fantastic restaurants, and scenic waterfront views. There’s also a peaceful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning jogs or relaxing evening strolls. We were actually caught in an unexpected situation—an extremely rare flood in Ibiza Town—but the team handled it with incredible calm and care. Despite the chaos, they ensured every guest felt safe and supported. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a memorable story of service excellence. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. I arrived at the hotel via bus number 10 from the airport, getting off at Bar Fenix AV España 101—just a 10-minute walk to the property. The location is fantastic: right on the first coastline with a pleasant promenade and direct access to the sea. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who checked me in quickly and efficiently. My room was 805, facing the street rather than the ocean, but there was zero noise from traffic—perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. Neighbors were quiet, and even if staff spoke loudly in the hallway, it didn’t bother me. One highlight was the housekeeping lady—though she didn’t speak English, she’d still knock and enter the room even when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. She’d rush into the bathroom, replace towels and toiletries without hesitation, which made me laugh—but honestly, her cleaning was spotless. Every corner was wiped down, so I couldn’t find anything to complain about. A truly kind and dedicated woman. Big thanks to the chef too—the breakfasts were excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. Just 30 meters from the hotel, there’s a staircase leading straight to the castle and the port—only a 15-20 minute walk. There’s no shortage of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making daily life super convenient. One small note: each room has a safe, but the key must be picked up at reception and costs 18 euros for four days. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for peace of mind. Overall, this stay was absolutely memorable—great value, lovely staff, and unbeatable location.

I’d definitely recommend booking a room on a higher floor since there’s some noise from above, but otherwise, it’s truly flawless. The food and drink selection is excellent, and the all-inclusive meals were delicious and satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—great for a restful night's sleep. Overall, an outstanding experience with fantastic value. I’ll be back!

If you're looking for a hostel just outside the city but within walking distance of the beach and a short ride to the clubs, this is the perfect spot. Located just steps from Dalt Vila, it's ideal for exploring the historic old town without needing transport. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for money. While there's no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs—the effort is totally worth it when you can step out and be at the beach in under 100 steps. It’s a fantastic balance of convenience, affordability, and authentic vibe. Definitely recommend for travelers who want to experience the real spirit of Ibiza without sacrificing comfort or location.
Apartamentos Casa Franziska
Staying at Apartamentos Casa Franziska was an absolute delight. Located in a quiet yet central part of Ibiza, it's just a short drive to the port, Playa d'en Bossa, and Figueretas—only 7–8 minutes by car. The property is literally steps away from Talamanca Beach (just 150–200 meters), making beach access effortless. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed: air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen, fridge, comfortable beds, and a cozy sofa bed. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Marcel, the host, was incredibly helpful, prompt, and genuinely kind—always available without being intrusive. We traveled as a family, and everyone felt at home. From location to comfort and hospitality, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient base on Ibiza.
