We first visited Suzanne's back in 1996 and fell in love with the place—and the people—right away. Since then, it’s become our go-to retreat, and this past August we stayed for three weeks, feeling completely at home. The rooms have been beautifully renovated with brand-new beds, and every room comes with a mini-fridge—perfect for keeping drinks cool. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and all bathrooms feature modern shower cabins and hairdryers. The pool is spacious and immaculately clean—truly a highlight. Even though it’s never featured in UK hotel brochures, we’ve made it our own little sanctuary over the years. Halil, Suzanne’s husband, runs the adjacent restaurant and serves up what might be the best pide (Turkish flatbread) in the village—authentic, delicious, and so good you’ll want to lick your fingers. The staff go above and beyond, always friendly and eager to help. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the village, steps away from everything. Even with loud bars closing late at night, the double-glazed windows keep the sound out completely, so the rooms stay peaceful and quiet. Staying here feels like returning to your own home. Every penny spent is worth it. We’ll definitely be back—enjoy your trip!

From the moment we arrived, the welcome at Oykun Hotel was genuinely warm and memorable—our luggage was taken straight to our room even though we checked in late at around 10:30 PM. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness continued throughout our stay, making each day feel effortless and enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower with strong water pressure—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was served from 8 to 10 AM, giving us plenty of time to relax without rushing. With two nicely sized pools and an abundance of comfortable sun loungers, there were no issues with space or sharing—no sunbed wars here! We enjoyed lunch on-site most days, paired with a cold Efes beer—delicious and very reasonably priced. For evening outings, everything was within walking distance: charming seaside restaurants, taxis just around the corner, or a quick dolma ride into Fethiye (around 150 TL per person). We even took a day trip to Hisaronu—hopped on a dolma near the mosque in Fethiye, then transferred to another one heading to Hisaronu, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. The area is completely flat, making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges. It’s clear why so many return year after year—this hotel truly delivers exceptional value and hospitality. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Oykun Hotel, for such a wonderful experience!

Staying at Miralya Homes was a fantastic choice! Located right in the heart of Fethiye, just steps away from the bustling local bazaar, everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment was well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen—perfect for preparing our own meals. Being so close to the seafront made it super easy to catch boat trips to nearby islands; the dock is only about 400 meters away. Our island-hopping tour included four stops and was an absolute highlight of the trip. The only downside was parking—limited space and a bit tricky to navigate. We paid 350 TL for parking (arrived early), and there was an additional 600 TL charge for a third guest. Still, considering the location, amenities, and overall experience, this place offers excellent value and is highly recommended.
