Every aspect of this stay was exceptional. The sea-view room offered breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, especially stunning at night. All the complimentary amenities were plentiful and well-stocked—no need to worry about running out. The front desk staff, Bruce and Suki (or maybe Yuki? Apologies for not remembering perfectly), were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. They even helped us load all our luggage into a seven-seater vehicle upon check-out—such a thoughtful touch! Also, the fifth-floor laundry facility is spotless and well-maintained, making it super convenient. From location to service, everything was top-notch. This hotel truly delivers value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back.
Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel
Absolutely loved my stay here—this is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Hong Kong! The location is unbeatable: super close to the high-speed rail station, and there’s a free shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui, which made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, way bigger than expected, and the soundproofing is incredible—no noise from neighboring rooms or hallways at all. I actually fell asleep instantly and slept like a baby every single night, feeling completely at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole place felt clean and well-maintained. I’ve never experienced such comfort and value for money. If you’re visiting Hong Kong, this is the only hotel I’d recommend. I’m already planning my next trip back!

This was my second visit to YHA Mei Ho House Youth Hostel, this time with friends on a fun getaway. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards—definitely not cramped at all, which is a big plus in such a compact city. Staff were friendly and helpful, and cleanliness was top-notch throughout the stay. Plus, breakfast was included—such a nice touch to start the day right. On the ground floor, there’s a small museum that gives a fascinating insight into Mei Ho House’s historical significance in Hong Kong’s urban development—perfect for anyone interested in local heritage. A short walk nearby leads to a little hill where you can enjoy a stunning view of Sham Shui Po’s night skyline—so peaceful and photogenic. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers who want comfort, charm, and a bit of culture without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Hong Kong.
Weave Studios - Sai Ying Pun(Longstay Apartment)
I stayed here for a week as a solo female traveler, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Even though it feels like a student-focused building, the atmosphere is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The entrance is controlled—only one access point at ground level, with front desk staff present 24/7, and everyone must swipe their card to enter. That gave me real peace of mind, especially traveling alone. The rooms are small but super clean and thoughtfully designed. There’s a shared kitchen area nearby, and a laundry machine that accepts Octopus cards—super convenient. Hot water is always available from the communal water dispensers on each floor. The highlight? The view from the upper floors—it overlooks the sea, which was absolutely stunning in the morning light. Plus, it’s just a 2-minute walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR station, making city exploration effortless. The security guard downstairs was incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. It felt like home away from home. If I come back to Hong Kong, this will be my first choice again. Great value, great vibe, highly recommend!

The Jervois Hong Kong
Staying at The Jervois Hong Kong was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Hong Kong. Right next to Sheung Wan MTR station—just a 3-5 minute walk—it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I loved how close it was to the Star Ferry scenic route and the Mid-Levels escalator; I could easily explore the area without needing to carry bags or worry about luggage. Even when heading to the airport, the transfer via Central and the Airport Express took under 15 minutes including walking time—super smooth. Breakfast is redeemable at a nearby café, and don’t miss the bakery across the street—the one that opens at 8:00 AM. It’s the earliest option by far (others open at 9:00), and their pastries are fresh and delicious. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door for late-night snacks or essentials. The room itself is spacious with no feeling of being cramped. The smart water dispenser and excellent coffee machine made mornings special. I stayed two nights, and housekeeping came in promptly—no hassle at all. The HK$1,000 deposit is standard, but check-out was fast and efficient. Overall, this place offers incredible value for money, great location, and a warm, thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for a quiet yet central base in Hong Kong, especially if you love convenience and local charm, this hotel is a must-try.
Tung Nam Lou Art Hotel
This is my fourth stay at Tung Nam Lou Art Hotel, and I’m consistently impressed. This time, the front desk team was all male—strong yet gentle, with a warm and professional demeanor that made me feel right at home. The room was as clean and well-organized as ever, and I noticed even better attention to hygiene than before. Some of the staff were new faces, but their courtesy and professionalism were spot-on. As I walked into the lobby, I noticed a group of young women celebrating a birthday. Turns out, the female owner personally organized a little surprise for her employees—and even invited me to join in with a slice of birthday cake! Honestly, it was such a thoughtful gesture, and so rare these days. How many business owners still go out of their way like this? That kind of personal touch really sets this place apart. Later, while enjoying a quiet moment on the 5th-floor rooftop terrace, I happened to see a content creator taking photos. She commented how much the hotel exudes an artistic vibe—very Instagram-worthy! She said she’d definitely consider staying here next time. 😂 I truly hope the entire team continues to work together with heart and purpose. It’s clear this hotel thrives on genuine care and culture. I left feeling happy, inspired, and already planning my next visit. Can’t recommend enough!
